1What you are buying
The Enterprise Screen is a one-off movement observation service. You film yourself performing a set of everyday movements, you upload the videos, and Mark Ottobre watches them and writes you a report.
Your report describes what he observed and includes short corrective suggestions. For example, if your core isn’t engaging, he may suggest starting your sessions with planks. These are general suggestions for you to consider, not a training program, and not instructions you are obliged to follow.
2What it is not
It is not a medical, physiotherapy or physical-therapy assessment. It is not exercise instruction or supervision. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition or injury, and nothing in your report is a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional.
If your report suggests you see a professional, that is a suggestion, not a referral or a diagnosis.
3Who can buy it
You must be 18 or over. Do not buy or complete the Screen if you are unwell, pregnant or post-partum, recovering from an operation, or in pain right now, see a qualified professional first and come back afterwards.
The intake form asks about chest pain or breathlessness on exertion, and about dizziness or fainting in the last month. If you answer yes to either, the Screen stops before you film anything and we refund you in full.
4Your part
- Answer the intake questions honestly. What you tell us decides which movements you are asked to film.
- Only perform movements you are able to do, or already do in your current training. Skip anything else and say so. A skipped movement is still a useful result.
- Stop immediately if anything hurts, and note it on the form.
- You decide, at the time, whether a movement is safe for you to do. You are responsible for that decision and for the environment you film in.
5What you get, and when
A written report, short corrective suggestions, and a personal video from Mark. We aim to deliver within five business days of your last upload. If we are going to be late, we will tell you before the deadline rather than after.
If your videos are unusable we will ask you to re-shoot the ones we need, at no extra charge. The clock restarts from that upload.
6Price and refunds
The price is shown at checkout in US dollars and is a one-off payment. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
Before you film: if the intake form stops your Screen on safety grounds, you get a full refund, usually the same day.
After you submit your videos: all sales are final. Once your videos are in, the work has been done. If something is wrong with what you receive, tell us and we will put it right. That is what we offer instead of a refund.
7Your videos and your information
We collect your intake answers, including relevant health and injury history, and the videos you upload. We use them for one purpose: producing and supporting your report. Only Mark and named review staff see them.
We keep your report and intake answers for as long as we need them to provide the service and to meet our record-keeping and legal obligations, and no longer. Raw video is deleted once it is no longer needed to produce or support your report.
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email mark@enterprisefitness.com.au and we will action reasonable requests.
8Optional consent to use clips
The intake form has one optional tick that lets us use short clips of your footage for education or marketing. It is optional, it is never required, and leaving it unticked changes nothing about your Screen or your report.
If you tick it and later change your mind, email us and we will stop using your footage in new material. Material already published may remain in circulation.
9Responsibility
You take part voluntarily and you perform the movements unsupervised, in your own space, at your own discretion. To the extent the law allows, Enterprise Fitness is not liable for loss, injury or damage arising from your decision to perform a movement, or from how you choose to act on the suggestions in your report.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
10Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms. The version that applies to you is the one published when you bought your Screen. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Questions: mark@enterprisefitness.com.au
If in doubt, don’t. No movement in this Screen is worth an injury. Skip it, tell us, and we will work with what you give us.
